I lived here for three years. The worst apartment experience I ever had. The building was hot. I didn't even have to turn on the heat except for the really cold winter nights. Had to run the air continuously in the summer months. Did I mention the noise? The drone from the highway never ends. Never. The closer on the front entrance door was broke and every time someone came in the door the whole building shook. The lease hounds were extra special too. Keep looking.

Just wanted to do a quick share of my experience in my 1 year lease here. The neighbors were great, the insulation must've been fantastic - I rarely heard anybody else. A couple bands from upstairs from stomping, nothing else. They were very fair about getting us our deposit back but yes, we did clean pretty well before leaving. The management (Mary?) was very very nice, any service work we needed done was done IMMEDIATELY. Really just a solid place to live, I enjoyed my time here.

Clearview, Crestwood and Andrea Hills apartments are the most spacious, well kept and affordable apartments in the area! The property is well taken care of and all of the staff do a great job....from the Owner/Landlord Mary to Taylor in the office and Rob and Kyle working in Maintenance. If you are looking for an apartment in the area, you'll definitely want to check them out.

I was upset upon reading the reviews from people on Clearview apartments. Not only are most of these review false but it sounds like the same person on repeat. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Clearview apartments. The owner Mary is a wonderful lady who cares about her resident and has picked some great people to take care of the apartments. I have been living here for several months and have no complaints. The neighbors are friendly and quiet, and I love that it is conveniently located right next to I-69. The apartments aren't luxurious so to speak, but are very nice and well maintained and the rent is reasonable too.
