Tried to fill out application 3+times and could not finish it! Called the office only to find out the apartment I wanted was rented out. But they had another one for me but 2-300$ more!! They’re excuse was 2 bedrooms are in high demand so we raise the rent every 24 hrs! So this place is ridiculous. Would not recommend it And would not rent here.
I loved living at clearview there were my first renting experience, and now after havign tried out another one. I miss clearview so much! Although rent is pricey it is worth it with their spacious apartmetns, and pool and gym that is there as well! Everyone is friendly and always trying to help!
Horrible neighbors, extremely noisy, old appliances. The rent is $1600 which is insane for what happens here. Never have internet. Staff tells us they can't tell people to not walk, but pounding and stomping in the same spot and the sounds of thunder isn't walking. The neighbors spit on our patio from above, and harass us. It's our word against theirs, but I would never have came here if I knew how it would be to live here. We can't afford to move at this time. It's a shame. I had high hopes for this place.
. Pool and playground are great for families. And a small gym helps too. Staff has always been great. And repairs fixed quickly.
The maintenance staff is outstanding. Every time I have had an issue they have been right over. They keep the grounds very well kept and clean. Very spacious apartments.
