Very disappointed. I do not recommend based off business practices. I made an appointment on 1/2/25, and paid the deposit. I went for my appointment after I got off work, and there was no one there. I called numerous times, but got the automated response. I rescheduled the appointment days later and thankfully I still had a Groupon that I used for that visit and then scheduled another session for today. I recently had a disappointing experience at clearstone.They initially told me the laser hair removal treatment would be costing $1200. However, after the third session, they scheduled a fourth session without informing. me that it would incur an additional cost. I was charged $490 for this fourth session, which I was not prepared for. This lack of transparency and unexpected cost was very frustrating. I hope they improve their communication with clients in the future.

Love this place for its attentive and professional team! I was skeptical at first, but thanks to Lisa Marie who explained everything that I needed to know very patiently and helping me out in every appointment! Would definitely recommend this place! Kudos to the Clearstone spa - katy team!!
