I found this facility to be very conscious of my every need. I was taken very good care of. They worked with me to help me be able to go home as soon as possible. The PT & OT therapists were well trained and made me feel like my needs were important to them. If I had the need to go to a rehab facility again, I would choose Clear Sky.

Great rehab! I would recommend this place to anyone needing rehab. It is very clean. Staff are friendly and personable. My nurse, Linda and my therapist, Pico were awesome.

ClearSky Rehabilitation in Mansfield took the best care of my father! We are so grateful to the nurses, therapist, doctors and the behind the scenes staff that worked together to get my 85yo father well again. Their care is top notch! Their focus is getting the patient better and it showed in so many ways!! We are forever thankful! Your loved ones are in great hands at ClearSky Rehabilitation in Mansfield, Texas.

such a nice staff! my grandpa was admitted here and they helped him get motivation to try and do better, and he did! always made him laugh. it’s a really clean environment overall. definitely do recommend!

We have bad experience too, every time we call for help , no body show up till 3 hours later. Patient is in pain , next dose supposed to be 7 pm, but no body come , we have to call help and waiting. I walked to nurse station , Some nurses sitting there on the phone with social media, some are sitting there napping, they just let the help call ringing, And nurses between shift don’t know what they did to patient. I never saw nurses are so carelessly.
