The paper meal order sheets didn’t explain that if you wanted something not listed on the menu That you could order it. Example: they listed hamburger on the MEALS sign-up sheet, but did not indicate that if you wanted cheese or vegetables or any other condiments that you had to write it down. No one explained this before a couple days of observation and noticed other patients getting tomato on their burger as well as cheese.
Clear sky is an excellent facility for rehab. The staff is well trained and the care is unmatched. The food is delicious and three hours of therapy a day help the healing process.
Shout out to nurse Gina and all of the staff on 7th floor for being great.
Several months ago I was in this rehab center and in. General received very good care by everyone including nurses aides & others. In addition the physical therapy and occupational staff were very good & helped me a lot This is a very good facility!
