After calling their office twice for pricing and receiving very courteous and friendly service each time as well as competitive rates on Botox, I decided to make an appointment. The morning of my appointment I arrive and fill out the paperwork and when finished the receptionist tells me their is a $150 consultation fee for today's visit plus the price of the Botox.
