I used to come to this doctor when he was in a different office not far away. This office is smaller but still the same great service. I think this is kinda family operated there’s a brother and sister that work there. Everyone was friendly and they told me my contacts would be in within a week and two days later I got the call that they were in. Good pricing. Not a fancy place. Just good quality .

I had a very frustrating experience with this office. After multiple attempts, they would not answer my calls, which is one of the reasons I decided to switch to Walmart for my eyewear. When Walmart contacted them to verify my prescription, they were told that whatever was written on the paper was all they had on file and then hung up on them. So we got glasses for our son about 5-6 months ago, today there's a charge on our bank account for $117. We found the transaction where this money was paid in full July 24th! We received an email a couple of days ago saying that our sensitive information was found on the dark web and to watch for suspicious charges, etc. We called the office and the receptionist said they were having an issue with the card reader and was already aware of the situation from other customers. Don’t go to this facility. I bought contacts through them. They told me they would call when they were ready. I waited a month to call and see where my contacts were. They stated that ,They were picked up signed for already!! Mind you i never got a call saying they were ready to get picked up or nothing. Now the doctor will not return my call. i don’t understand why i have been calling since 10:30a to see if i can order a replacement pair of glasses for my son and no one has answered the phone once. it either rings and eventually goes to voicemail or it rings and goes to a fax connection. i have literally called 10 times. this is ridiculous. i used to live across the street from their office on pearl road, but now i live in medina. answer your phone!!!
