If it won't sell itself, find someone else – Very unhappy with this company, claimed that noone did open houses in Memphis anymore because of the crime. Signed my parents up for an 8 month contract, but both my parents died at about the 5 1/2 month point. She only did 1 open house during that time and only showed it 4 times. Originally the agent way overpriced the property, and then wanted us to accept a lowball offer after 1 parent died and 1 was just days away. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
