My son had a day surgery, and the entire experience was wonderful. All of the nurses were extremely caring, and the doctor took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure beforehand. After the surgery, the nurses walked us through all of the post-operative care clearly and patiently. We truly felt supported and well cared for throughout the entire process.
I had a negative experience at this clinic. After a complex surgery, my wife had just woken up from anesthesia and was still groggy, needing rest. However, she was simply taken to the corridor without offering a wheelchair. I had to help her walk to the car myself, as the clinic doesn’t provide wheelchairs and lacks proper vehicle access. There’s no suitable driveway, and there is a curb that makes the process difficult and unsafe. Management is rude. Seemed very fake. Put on a face to customers but very rude behind the face. Very rude to staff it looks life. Don’t recommend going here if you are thinking of going here. Do yourself a favour. Very very rude.
Dr. R. Dooley & all staff provided excellent treatment & care! I would recommend this facility to anyone! My sincere thanks to all!
