I had surgery at Maples Surgical centre with Dr.Perry Dhaliwal. From the first step in the building to discharge, the staff were the absolute best. I was always informed and provided the time for any questions I may have. The staff were compassionate and very attentive. I couldn’t have asked for a better surgical team. The follow up phone calls were also very supportive. If the staff were not able to answer my questions they called me back with clear concise answers. My experience couldn’t have been any better.

My son had a day surgery, and the entire experience was wonderful. All of the nurses were extremely caring, and the doctor took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure beforehand. After the surgery, the nurses walked us through all of the post-operative care clearly and patiently. We truly felt supported and well cared for throughout the entire process.

I had a negative experience at this clinic. After a complex surgery, my wife had just woken up from anesthesia and was still groggy, needing rest. However, she was simply taken to the corridor without offering a wheelchair. I had to help her walk to the car myself, as the clinic doesn’t provide wheelchairs and lacks proper vehicle access. There’s no suitable driveway, and there is a curb that makes the process difficult and unsafe.
