Never heard back after my first convo with them. I got a mailer in December (actually every month last year) from ClearPath Lending with a promised 1.75% refinance rate (VA loan). I called, and talked to Ciara Fennelly who sounded very professional and helpful. Between her approach and the number of good ratings online about ClearPath, I thought I'd be going with them for sure. I contacted Clear Path Lending, on Nov 12, 2020 Adam Jordan Haddadin was my loan officer (very professional young man) on the first day he was on the job he told me what he needed and everything was done over the phone quick and easy my loan end up closing Dec 7, 2020 I never had a re-fi close as quick as this one did Thanks Adam J. Haddadin.
I continued to receive mail from clear path lending which showed me what I could potentially pay if I refinanced with them.. I didn’t believe it. “Too good to be true” a lower interest rate, a lower monthly mortgage, defer 2 payments, and Kamil compared everything to what I’m paying now and showed me that if I refinanced with clear path lending that I could pay off my mortgage years sooner and more of my monthly mortgage would go to the principal instead of the interest.
