I manage a small office and have been using this company for our bottled water deliveries for quite some time. In the beginning, they were dependable — clean water, timely service, no complaints. I’ve been using this company for over two years, but the steady decline in quality over the past 7–8 months is beyond unacceptable. We started receiving bottles leaking from the top due to improper sealing — a basic failure of quality control.
