We are leaving a 2-star review because we’ve heard 1-star reviews are often removed, but our experience honestly deserved one. Our family of seven paid nearly $700 for the glass-bottom boat tour and had been looking forward to it for weeks. After driving all day from Yosemite to Tahoe, one member of our family became extremely carsick and was actively vomiting. We tried to cancel however being without service through the mountains it was not an option. My Wife has been sick all day on the drive into Tahoe. Being charged a full fee is ridiculous. I also want to add we also requested to see if we could be moved to a different day.

Only leaving a 2 star but I’d leave a lot less if I could & I know 1 stars are easily removed.. After driving from Yosemite to Tahoe I have been extremely ill with no relief. Being charged the full amount of $700 is baffling. We did not want to cancel we wanted to move it to the following day - unfortunately we were told this isn’t an option.
