Seriously, rarely does something I find online exceed - or as in this case, greatly exceed my expectations, which are, admittedly, high to begin with. We chose the sunset tour in the glow kayaks on our final day in Tahoe and what a great decision that was! Excellent guide (Jason) made the adventure truly memorable. The family photos we got from the guide were an unexpected cherry on top. I can tell you as a mom, we rarely make it into the photos :) Choose this outfit— you won’t be disappointed.
LED tours are all about the experience. And what an amazing experience it is. I’m pretty sure there is nothing else like this at Lake Tahoe or anywhere else for that matter. The Glow tour starts out around sunset with glassy calm water and beautiful sky. It’s mostly dark by the end so you really get the glow effect. Saw an Osprey hunting for fish. The tour itself wast great but made even better by our tour guide Chase! He made the night very interesting and fun. Definitely try their neon kayak night tour and as for Chase!
