From the initial online consult through the surgery, I have been thoroughly impressed by everyone involved in the process of giving me "new eyes." It is easily evident that everyone is onboard in making this a life changing event, and it is!! Not only is Dr. Kopstein tops in his field technically, he is personally as well. I have really enjoyed talking with him about our pasts in growing up in Minnesota, sports and more.
I had a very pleasurable time during my consultation. The only thing I would say was missing was a practice round of installing and removal of the contact lenses they installed before I left
the 5 stars is only for the Owner Dr. King, but you can only meet him in the surgery’s day. Overall the office system is very disorganized and they always call you to change your appointment time. the nurse who I met was only enthusiastic before surgery and did not care what’s your requirements . the initial Dr. looks not so professional, She only recommended PRK because I had a small scar on my right eye，but DR.King said either Lasik or PRK is good for me, I finally choose Lasik, but after surgery, only the left eye is clea... read more
