All I can say is outstanding
In my experience with ClearLife Hearing Care, I am the center of their attention. They are not distracted with their previous appointment or their next one. Quality, personal care and service is their focus and motivation.
Very unprofessional customer service. Stated that an appointment made by accident could be refunded and was not. On follow-up was malevolently harassed over the phone by the front desk.
My mom recently visited Clearlife Hearing Care for a hearing aid evaluation, and our experience was very disappointing. I want to warn others about the deceptive and unethical practices at this office. During the visit, the audiologist performed a software upgrade on my mom's hearing aids without informing us of the cost beforehand or seeking our consent. I'm very impressed with the ease of obtaining appointments. Extremely thorough explanations given throughout the hearing test and fitment of hearing aids. Personalized care has been delivered on each of my visits. Care like this is very hard to find these days.
