Heavy sales and dishonesty throughout the experience with the Lewisville location. They seemed very caring and personable at first. Then they gave me conflicting information, which caused me to decide to go elsewhere. At that point, they ordered on my behalf without my consent, and this has caused me great delays in being able to use my insurance benefits. Had an appt. for my mother today and received a text from them that if I was more than 10 minutes late then they I would have to re-schedule. So we showed up 15 minutes EARLY. Signed in, and then proceeded to wait in the lobby for 47 minutes. Not a single person came to tell us what was going on. We're now 32 minutes past our appt. and sitting there like idiots waiting. Very unhappy with the new owners. They refused to hold up their end of the services provided by previous owner. I paid $5000 for hearing aids and just over a year later the new owner refused to do a hearing test without charge. This is not the industry standard. Normally if you purchase aids there. They will service them for at a minimum the warranty period. What this tells me is they don’t care about the customer in the long run. Do not recommend. Find care at Costco or another place. It’s to easy to get better service.
