It is amazing how poor or sick people are punished in this country. I had to cancel my appointment the same day due to my grandpa dying. Then Clear Lakes dental somehow couldn't get my referral sent to the U of M for a crown For months, culminating in another broken temporary crown and I made an appointment out of desperation even though I knew it would be hard to make the appointment. Now, I am in poor people purgatory. No more appointments. I just have to come in, wait for hours on the off chance I might get seen that day.... read more
Absolutely amazing! I was a walk in and I was seen within 15 minutes of arrival. I had X-rays, had an exam, teeth were cleaned and also had temporary filling until my next appointment. What a great experience. Definitely will keep coming back.
