Have lived here for many year and have been though many different managers but I can tell you 100% this manger is the best one I ever had this is low income family apartments this management is part of the family our Community family🤎🧡🤍🩶🩵🩷
This apartments have good management and a good manager and they have a clean property and they don’t pay you too much on rent
I’ve seen a big difference at Clearlake Apartments over the past few years. The place looks great, clean and well taken care of. It really stands out compared to a lot of other places in the area. Karen, the manager, has been nothing but kind, professional, helpful, and easy to talk to. One thing I really appreciate is that the staff speaks Spanish, which makes things a lot easier and more welcoming if that’s your first language.
Management has really stepped it up!! Love how the place is ran now! Love the improvements that have been made throughout the whole complex.
Clearlake Apartments has really stepped it up over the past few years. I’ve seen a big improvement in how things are run and how the place looks. It’s clean, well kept, and definitely stands out compared to other places around here. Karen, the manager, has been amazing. Super helpful and professional, she really made the whole process of finding a new place so much easier for me. Honestly, out of all the apartments in Clearlake, this one’s my favorite. Feels like home.
