I usually do telehealth here with my therapist and it has helped to have that someone in my corner. The receptionist is very understanding and kind to talk to, haven't had an in person appointment in a minute but regardless they still treat me kindly. Thank you Clearing Path's

Primary Care physician referred me to this location in an attempt to see a psychiatrist. Waited 3 months for an appointment, only for them to call me and reschedule me the day of because the person wasn’t even there that day. Got a call the next day saying they have to cancel the rebooking and can’t rebook me because their case loads are too full.

This place is an absolute joke! They don’t care about you in any way! Sat in the waiting room for over an hr to find out the counselor wasn’t even there. My husband had an intake apt and they always have an excuse why they can’t schedule him another appointment! This place should be shut down! Not to mention I paid the co pay for the appointment that I didn’t get and never got a refund. They didn’t even have the Curtesy to use it for another appointment co pay. I basically paid them For me to sit in the waiting room!
