We've had our unit for 3 years or little more now. The price went from $120, to now $160. It's beyond ridiculous. I don't understand why storage places are so pricey and jump prices whenever they want. I don't think people who have had a unit should have to keep paying more and more. I haven't cared for the customer service here either at any point in time. It's also annoying when others show up while you're at your unit. I can not wait til we can move our stuff out. Great service, very friendly people
Mariah the facility manager just saved my life!! She was so helpful and understanding when I was going to be a day late on my payment. She even adjusted my rate to what it was supposed to be- lower!
