I would not recommend this place to anybody! I went in to see about renting a unit and the guy who was working was absolutely rude. After having him talk to me like I was an idiot and giving me no real information, I was told to rent it online. Even though I knew I this probably isn't someone I want to deal with I chose to go ahead and proceed to get a unit online because it's close to my house and I figured I wouldn't be dealing with the office anyway. I want to share how pleased that was with the service I received over the phone today while paying my storage unit bill. Larry was friendly, professional, and made the process quick and easy. I purchased the protection plan, my unit was broken into. Latch and lock completely ripped off. I had to make multiple calls over a week to finally speak with someone at the facility. Nothing has been resolved. I am still paying the rent and have no access to the unit.
Smooth rental process, clean facility and units. Travis was awesome, helping me find a unit that met my needs!
