Super friendly customer service from the start! On-Site staff is helpful and we appreciate the attention to detail. Great options for units! Got exactly what we were looking for!
Firstly, I never had issues with ExtraSpace while I used the locker. Service was as I would expect it. Staff was kind and helpful. However, my reason for the one star review is simple. When attempting to get a refund at the end of my service, due to corporate policy, they refused to send it to my current debit card and instead sent it to a card that was associated to a recently closed account. I was never able to retrieve the $96 of my money that ExtraSpace sent into the void. this is after over an hour of patience on phone ... read more
