The only issue that I have with Clearfield Apts is most of the people that live here are trifling. They let the kids run wild !! Adults are just as bad! parents do not watch them specially right here at the playground they make such a mess trash everywhere just so disrespectful. Besides maintenance....that part can be a little bit more improved also! For one.. I lived there over 3yrs and still...maintenance hasn't fixed problems that was addressed at time I moved in. plus u can't use fitness center on your own time anymore o... read more
