Trent texted (preferred) and let us know he was on his way. He was friendly when he arrived and even made friends with our puppies. He asked about any issues we had and explained to us about the pesticide used and how it didn't stain and was pet friendly. He told us if we had any issues to let him know and he would come out right away. I'm glad we have someone that cares about his job and clients.
