I just waited too long for the nurse, but nothing really concerning.
They are polite but almost every time I’ve come in they send me to the hospital. Even for something as simple as a uti. I might as well go somewhere else that will treat me or just go the hospital and not waste my time or money. At the hospital I get scolded and they tell me I should have gone to urgent care every time I come in. It’s been about 3-4 time this urgent care sent me to the hospital. At this point I’m wondering if they getting paid under the table to send people.
Great people and very professional
I took my 9 month old in after being triaged by our pediatric nurse. Turns out he had a double ear infection. The staff was great, quick, answered my questions, and were so patient with my little one.
Went to Clear Choice on Saturday, June 14. From start to finish I had a great experience. It was not that busy. I made an appointment. They got me right in. Nurse was very good. The Dr came right in and saw me ordered a prescription and out the door I went. Everyone very professional and pleasant! Would go again!
