Great experience. Arrived when waiting area was empty. Great customer service, caring staff, professional. I was in and out with Rx in 25 minutes.
I came in around August 8, 2026. I was seen, and paid my $25 copay. Fast forward to August 28. I noticed they charged me $250 dollars. I call, and apparently “their system charged $250” and “it’s been doing that”. If you knew it had bern doing that, which I don’t believe by the way, why don’t you tell your customers so we can pay cash? Also, I had to call every day for a week before my transaction was approved to be reversed. AND I was told the system may do it again, so I should send an email to remove my card from file. Open on Sunday...easy to schedule an appointment online. Arrived shortly before my appointment, receptionist was very pleasant, no long wait...I was out in 20 minutes! Prescription sent to my pharmacy....I would highly recommend!
