I was diagnosed with influenza a i.e. the flu. They were quick they were efficient. They had great bedside manner or chair side manner lol
Kind of disappointed. Staff and Doctor seemed nice but I went in with a pretty bad dog bite on my hand. They couldn't x ray because they didnt have a tech available. So I paid $160 for them to tell me to go to the ER. She wouldn't even prescribe an antibiotic to prevent infection... if they weren't prepared or equipped to treat me, i kinda wish they would've just said that before charging me $160
The woman at the front desk was human and I appreciated that. My whole visit was quick, comfortable and informative. Definitely will go back in the future.
Very smooth and efficient process. Very well organized, no time wasted. Everyone seems knowledgeable and committed to providing the best care.
