I do not have an experience because I could not get an appt. I tried on line and also called. I was told the schedule was not out yet and what was out was full. I left my phone number and was told I would get a phone call when there was an opening. Its been 6 weeks. No phone call at all. I am also extremely scared and get panic attacks for even a dental cleaning. I asked to speak to someone in the naperville office. The call center did not want to patch me through to someone.
