Customer service A+. Dentist and assistants very informative and caring. Love my teeth. Great company would highly recommend recommend.
Starting with I have my temperary teeth. The staff here has been great. Everyone is easy to understand and eager to answer questions. Because of some of my health issues I had teeth pulled over several visits then the tempery teeth were installed. My face hurt for almost 3 weeks but each week is getting better, it was even hard to shave. But all is settled down now and learning to eat with a full mouth of teeth. It was a great experience. It is great to have everything you'll need under one roof. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The have a very efficient way of doing things, which may be perceived as a bit conveyer belt like process, but that said, I appreciated how fast everything went. Financing was easy, surgery went well and at and half the cost of my periodontist's charges. My temporary teeth look great. I feel like actually I know that we were scammed out of money. We paid $11,500 Cash to get our teeth fixed. We were informed that we wouldn't have to pay any other fee's for needing to get realigned or anything. That is A BIG FAT LIE. We went in for an appt to get a realignment and they wanted to charge us $400.00, we tried to speak with them , but that didn't go so well, so, we walked out. Brandi and Dr Sam had no problem receiving the money, but we came to realize that we were being ripped off. We were given a receipt stat... read more
