Extremely disappointing experience. My mother paid $36,000 toward a complex treatment plan. We had specifically sought out Dr. Paik based on his excellent reviews and met with him before committing to treatment. Before her initial surgery took place, the practice called to reschedule her and informed her that Dr. Paik, the prosthodontist that we entrusted to oversee her prosthodontic care, was leaving the practice and another provider would be taking over. As a 28 year old, I never thought about getting dentures so early in life but with my dental problems and missing teeth I felt I had no choice but to find an alternative.
