Went to Clear Choice Alpharetta today and as usual the staff was courteous, kind and understanding. I was about 15 minutes late for my appointment due to traffic but both Jennifer and Debra at the receptionist desk treated me as if I was on time. My check up and prep work for my permanent went smoothly thanks to Omayra and Dr Dang. They were ultra professional and helped me to relax throughout the process. Great Team at Clear Choice Alpharetta.
Mrs. Debrah is always a great start to my visit. She welcomes you with a warm greeting, offers you water or coffee, gives you clear directions to the bathroom. Make sure that all your pre appointment needs are meet. I look forward to her welcoming smile each visit.
Staff is friendly and professional, only reason I deducted a star, is because they didn’t follow up with a phone call 1 or 2 days after my surgery, which It would have been a great customer service. But so far so good. These are my temporary teeth while my gums heals
Clear Choice Alpharetta staff is amazing. Everyone is kind, polite, and professional. They work as a team and made me feel very comfortable during my procedure and my follow ups.
