I paid these people in August of 2018 to fix windows. Shame on me. No more up front money to anyone. They cracked one of my windows that they were not even supposed to be touching. There was nothing wrong with it. Dennis has promised repeatedly that they would come fix it. Here it is 8 months later and it is still not fixed. His “guy” never calls to schedule the repair. I’m done.

Dennis did not perform our work as expected having measured the window incorrectly and then refused to refund our deposit. Turns out the door is rusted and he should have never said we needed a new window. Very difficult to work with and promised he woud refund the money before he changed his mind. Find another company!!! I did after I lost our deposit and was treated unfairly. He never did complete the job.

Of coarse a replace window and door company would tell you that it needs replaced. I offered you a solution that saved you money! I wish you well!
Clear Window Technology appears to be a good company, until you have a problem. They will do anything they can to NOT honor the company warranty on their windows. Buyer beware of who you use and make sure that it is a reputable company! It is sad when a company needs to LIE to stay in business. Check out the BBB for other complaints filed against this company and do your research. Companies should be ethical and trustworthy and this company is NOT!!
