I have experienced repeated issues with this rental company that have made my tenancy frustrating and uncomfortable. On two separate occasions, they entered my home without any prior notice, which is a clear violation of tenant rights and personal privacy. My significant other and I have been renting from Clearwater Property Management for a little over a year now, and in the beginning, they were fantastic. If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT rent from Clearwater Real Estate. Our experience was a complete nightmare from start to finish. My roommate and I had a great experience renting from Clear Water! The space we rented was clean and in good condition. They were easy to communicate with and always responded to maintenance requests as soon as possible. They were fair with our security deposit and we felt like we were in good hands during our time with them. Definitely recommend if you are looking to rent near UWEC!
