Fair review: Positives - Clear Water has been very easy to work with. I needed to get in a place quick and they were able to process my application and get me in very quickly. I subleased the places I lived and they were very efficient. I had no issues with communication. They would respond fairly quickly, and got help in a very timely matter. They were very helpful. Most unprofessional rental company I have EVER dealt with. Roommate and I had several maintenance issues that would get pushed back and not dealt with in a timely manner. One of those being a leak in our ceiling resulting in ceiling tile MOLDING. The mold began causing both of us genuine health issues which they ignored despite my being several months pregnant at the time. My significant other and I have been renting from Clearwater Property Management for a little over a year now, and in the beginning, they were fantastic. Moving in was a bit rocky (only because the previous tenants had wrecked the place), but Clearwater handled it quickly and professionally, asking us to move in a week later so they could make the proper repairs. My roommate and I had a great experience renting from Clear Water! The space we rented was clean and in good condition. They were easy to communicate with and always responded to maintenance requests as soon as possible. They were fair with our security deposit and we felt like we were in good hands during our time with them. Definitely recommend if you are looking to rent near UWEC!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT rent from Clearwater Real Estate. Our experience was a complete nightmare from start to finish.
