My experience renting through this company was not as terrible as some, but it definitely wasn't good. I rented through this company for two years, and the first year we had limited issues. Our second year however, was a different story. We had multiple issues with mice, bats, AND ants. The mice were taken care of relatively easily (thanks to our cat, NOT maintenance). If I could leave a 0 I would. I lived in my unit for two years. We have had two CO scares and one of those two times it was an actual leak. The first time happened in our first year living there. It was late at night and the alarm went off. We called the emergency number and they took close to an hour to arrive. They arrived with another CO monitor and said “oh I think you’re fine”. We did not risk it and called the fire department the following day to just be safe. We left the windows open that night which cleared it out if... read more

Excellent to work with. Maintenance is very prompt on issues. Been a longer term tenant and really haven't had any issues. The site to pay rent is a bit of a pita if changing payment methods, but that's about it.

great company to rent through honestly. unit was super clean when i moved in which is a rarity for rental companies. I also was looking to move asap, and when the other tenant got out a month early, they amended my lease and had everything ready to go so I could have a 13 month lease! Had issues with my garage door a couple times right at move in, and they showed up immediately to ensure the door got at least shut for the night for security purposes, and had a garage door company come out to look at and fix it the next day w... read more

Wonderful company to rent from! All around great service and amazing communication from the employees. Keith and his team are AMAZING!! Very helpful and responsive (super nice and funny). We had our bathroom and kitchen renovated and it was a very simple and easy process for my roommates and I. The bathroom and kitchen was such an awesome upgrade 10/10 recommend renting from them!
