My home and yard had serious drainage issues so after getting a recommendation from NextDoor, I contacted Clear Water PSI to get a quote. They came out promptly, gave me a reasonable quote and started the next week. The job was completed well, staff walked me through the work they were doing and kept me informed throughout the process. They also cleaned up my yard as well as possible. I would recommend Clear Water PSI to others.
I had been experiencing water intrusion issues into my home during wind driven storms. Clear Water sealed foundation and block of home. Installed drainage system, added soil where needed and underpinned foundation, regraded defective area and resodded the area. Also repaired irrigation issues. Judy was very responsive to come look at the system and diagnose why it was not working. It was an older system with some quirks and 9 zones over a few acres. Judy and Jose were incredibly patient and thorough getting the entire system back and running like new. Jose took the time to explain the system and how to keep an eye on it for routine maintenance.
Hired them for a 7 zone install. After a few delays, install was completed. In the year+ since install I've discovered the system was barely buried. I know we don't get freeze temps here, but deeper than 2 inches is preferred to avoid shovel strikes. Well, we had a break in a supply line because of the shallow install, and when we contacted Judy she offered a $130+ repair as a solution. I have had Clear Water PSI come out to resolve two issues for my shallow well pump. They were extremely professional and responsive. I had difficulty getting other companies to even return my call. For both jobs (drill new well and replacement of pump/pressure system) they came under what was quoted, and did great work. I can't recommend them enough.
