The owners were very rude when I called to ask questions about our pool. We paid almost 9k for the pool and them to set up. They yelled at me as I was trying to find out why the skimmer was placed where the porch was, why there was duct tape holding pieces together, why pieces were not connected and wrinkles in the liner. We were also told that the pool would be up and running when they were complete and yet they did not and will not connect our pump. I will never use their services again!

He replaced our liner and did an awful job. Did not screw in the caps. We had corrosion and were not told about the option of foam to protect the new liner. The liner lasted 4 months, sprung a leak and then blew out the pool. $1500 on a liner that is money wasted and now we are buying as new pool. In addition they entered our property when we were not home which had not been agreed upon because we have several dogs.

These are the nicest most helpful people we have meet in the pool industry. There are other companies in town that dont even compare to the service we recived at this store. I would reccomend them to anyone owning or looking to own a pool.

This company does terrible work, over priced and do not stand by their work. I had to hire another company to redo their work. Clearwater is out to gouge the customer.

These are without question the BEST people to talk to about pools and pool problems, they KNOW their business and are willing to share their knowledge! As a first time pool owner, I had all sort of problems and questions, there was never any hesitation to offer help and advise. Anyone wanting a pool or needing pool supplies should certainly visit this business!!!
