Completely unprofessional. would not recommend.
If you have a problem with your spa, call these guys right away. They responded quickly and were out at my house getting the job done in no time. They were extremely professional and timely. Highly recommend!

They were on time. They fixed the hot tub, they didn’t overcharge, easy to work with and now my hot tub is back. Will use them again.
This company clearly has the expertise. Robert found the sources of 2 leaks and fixed them. I am grateful for his services. At the same time, I feel like I have been taken advantage of being desperate for help. They charge $100/hour which might be okay. But they also charged $100 for the first call for estimates (usually estimates are either free or part of the following invoice), charged for an additional coming when the supplier sent them the wrong part, and they round it up to a full hour every time spent.
