Great experience with this plumbing company. They were communicative, on time, and very courteous throughout the entire job. Garett, the owner, was there supervising a newer technician and clearly takes pride in maintaining high standards. Excellent communication and expertise. I had this company out to get a second opinion and found the technicians far more knowledgeable and better able to explain the potential issues we had. It turns out we didn’t need the costly repair recommended by the first company. Their thoughtful explanation and rationale made sense and he’s our minds.
I’m very disappointed with the leak detection service Garrett provided. I paid $298 via Venmo for leak detection on Friday, November 14 at my rental in Irvine. During the visit, Garrett only documented where water was dripping and provided a video, but he did not locate the source of the leak. He also stated he would not be able to address the issue until Tuesday, November 18. The visit ended without a solution or clear next steps.
