Beware of this company! Words can't express the disappointment and frustration I felt from Clearwater. They claim to be a faith oriented company but their actions proved otherwise. I would highly recommend NOT entering into an agreement with them because they obviously have no intention of upholding their end of the bargain.
They gave the highest offer. The process was fast and simple. They were honest and upfront and communicated effectively.
We had to sell my brother's home and it was in severe disrepair and neglect. There was a post card for Clear Water Investments on the kitchen counter so I gave them a call. I spoke with Carson and explained that my brother was in the hospital and needed to sell his home quickly. I was impressed with Carson's honesty and caring attitude. Very thorough and friendly. They really take control, I had to do very little, they took care of everything and kept us informed of everything that they were doing. One of the easiest ways to sell your house.
I couldn’t ask for a more peaceful process in selling my parent’s home. Carson & Molly both have been amazing! Day one I knew I would not regret working with this team.
