I have been going to this place for years Dr Hoffman did both of my cataract surgeries. He is the best. Been seeing Dr Jason Becker for several years. I was informed that he's no longer there, I almost cried, he has been treating my severe dry eyes and he is so caring and compassionate. I really hate that he's gone, not looking forward to anyone else 😞😞
Went to the Peoria office and saw the same male Dr twice and both times he blew off what was talked about with my eyes and not very clean, never wore gloves ( but would wear a mask) used personal tools without disinfecting the tools then pinched my lower eye with sharp tweezers and said he put numbing drops but nothing dropped in, he blew me off every time I said he was hurting me and just said my eyes were way too sensitive and I also have diabetes. Horrible customer service. Been waiting for 3 copay refunds for 2 months now. Can't speak directly to billing, no manager or practice manager returns calls. I'll just dispute the 3 charges with my credit card company to get my refunds and this practice will pay 3 separate investigation fees. Serves you right for the horrible customer service you give.
Still waiting for doc over an our and fifteen mins late . Will not use DR . W again .
