They started sending me text messages telling me I owe them money, but unable to receive an invoice. At one point their number was working and I was promised three times the invoice was in the mail still have not received it. I’m not going to download an app I want to see a paper invoice. They’re very incompetent.
I have been going to this place for years Dr Hoffman did both of my cataract surgeries. He is the best. Been seeing Dr Jason Becker for several years. I was informed that he's no longer there, I almost cried, he has been treating my severe dry eyes and he is so caring and compassionate. I really hate that he's gone, not looking forward to anyone else 😞😞
Went to the Peoria office and saw the same male Dr twice and both times he blew off what was talked about with my eyes and not very clean, never wore gloves ( but would wear a mask) used personal tools without disinfecting the tools then pinched my lower eye with sharp tweezers and said he put numbing drops but nothing dropped in, he blew me off every time I said he was hurting me and just said my eyes were way too sensitive and I also have diabetes.
