Still waiting for doc over an our and fifteen mins late . Will not use DR . W again .
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME coming here. Terrible customer service and lazy employees. We have been waiting on a pair of glasses since November 18th, after we were quoted a 2 week time frame. So 2 weeks came and went and with no call. So we reached out and were told it can take up to 4 weeks. Fine no biggie, so we waited 2 more weeks (roughly December 18th at this point). No call, again. Called for an appointment and got scheduled at a clinic far from where I live it was about a 40 minute drive just because the clinic over by my house didn’t have an ophthalmologist available to do an eye exam for contacts so I made the drive for an 8:40 AM appointment only to be told after 20 minutes of waiting that my insurance was not accepted after I have been told over the phone that it was accepted. From my diagnosis of a detached retina to my cataract surgery, Dr. Puig has been absolutely amazing. I am so very happy I was able to have her as my doctor. I couldn't have asked for a more professional, caring, compassionate doctor. Dr Puig spends as much time as needed, listens and answers all my questions. I am pleased to call her my doctor but also a friend.
I had my yearly appointment today, first time with this very young and amazing Dr, she speaks English and Spanish clearly! Super nice, she made sure to answer my questions and she made sure I understood everything. I am very happy and can’t wait to come and see her next year! The assistant, nope, she wasn’t nice AT ALL. Hopefully I don’t get her the next time. 💕
