The visit was great till the end when I had to watch a video on how to put on contact lenses. Then the doctor left me with the assistant that was no help . I was overwhelmed with trying to learn how to put Contacts on for the first time felt like that person should’ve been more hands-on on helping me with that process, but wasn’t actually just made me uncomfortable so I decided to leave it alone and just go with my glasses, but in the process, I had to pay a fee which I didn’t appreciate it because I felt like I didn’t leave... read more

Lewisville Location My experiece was great! Neil was very professional and patient during the pre-testing. The optomap is a bit of an extra cost, but it is well worth it. I appreciate all of the technology that is available, because our eye health is so important. Dr.Timmer explained everything very well. She was professional and very nice to talk to. The whole office vibe was low key and professional. I will be back for sure!
