Dr Timmer was extremely patient and knowledgeable. She is always willing to go the extra mile to solve my issues and she is very smart! The entire process from scheduling to registration to exam was seamless.
I had a great experience getting my appointment set up and felt very taken care of by both Dr. Timmer and the front desk staff about 2 months ago. Once I received my trial lenses, I was instructed to call back, so they could put in an order.
