I first communicated with the owner in May, about him coming over to give me an estimate for window cleaning. At the time he was out of town and promised to stop by when he is back in town within a week, look at our windows, and provide me an estimate. Since then, I have emailed and texted him a few times, and he didn't respond at all. I find this to be unprofessional and also surprising, since he was recommended by others in our neighborhood.
