I called to schedule an appointment because they showed up on my insurances website as in network, and then I was told they don’t cover my insurance, but when I was asking questions about why they showed up on the website if they don’t cover I got hung up on before I could even finish the question and I just don’t appreciate the rudeness and lack of hospitality. Good thing my insurance doesn’t cover them I guess, doesn’t seem like somewhere I’d want to visit.
These people are the nicest to work with. Dr. Mason is very thorough.
I was told that the dr wouldn't see me anymore cause I had used a online thing to get contacts and the online exam the dr handle it very unprofessional and was loud and rude and even came out into the main area being loud in front of others I know he had retired once maybe if he has a problem with people getting products from the internet he may need to retire again some people don't have the. Only to run to the dr every time unfortunately
The doctor was very attentive and thorough. The shop has really cute frames. My glasses look and feel great. Thanks for a hassle free process! Definitely recommend them.
