Sam was by far the worst individual I have ever encountered, including a failure to show up for appointments without rescheduling.
Sam appeared promptly at the scheduled time of 8 am, Monday September 4. He measured for each window then set about making the screens. Each one fit perfectly. He was finished by 10 am. The price was good and the screens were of excellent quality. I plan to use his service again for my new screen door.
I talk to Sam, regarding retractable screen door. Unfortunately they way he treats customers was not professional. Not recommended his service.
Sam was honest and didn’t try to sell me a whole new door. He installed a new latch and rescreened the door. However, I had a knock off 2 stars because the new screen kept popping out due to inadequate spline tubing. Plus he was rude when I asked him to repair it. I told him I was willing to pay any additional cost for materials. Maybe I caught him on a bad day. Ended up fixing it myself.
