Love, love, love the doctor — and the staff in general are incredibly kind and genuinely good people all around. However, my biggest issue is the time management. You schedule an appointment for a certain time, yet often end up waiting far longer than expected — sometimes 30–40+ minutes past your designated appointment time. I never feel hurried. Dr Zoey always takes her time and explains what she sees and means.
Great service as usual.
My 90 year old mother sees Dr Zolchin for her eyes. The doctor and her entire staff always go above and beyond to accommodate my mother as well as treat her with dignity and respect.
