Called for a possible roof leak, and they came out the very next day. Jordan climbed up into the attic and found no leaks, but saw a section that was missing insulation and caused the issue I was worried about. Super fast and friendly from booking the appointment to the in-home appointment. I will be booking an appointment to get some gutter issues fixed since they were friendly and professional.
I called for a minor roof leak in the attic over the weekend. The Clear View team was able to come out swiftly, identified the problem, and fixed the issue. I reached out to 4 other roof companies with no response. The communication was awesome and they delivered on their promise. Best of all, the roof leak was found to be a minor fix and they did it for free! It’s rare these days to find a company that knows how to do customer service the right way. They did an incredible job! I had a very complicated roof (a dome) and they were able to get the roof done in two days and it turned out great. They were efficient, clean and friendly. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a great roofer in Pierce or Thurston County.
Esteban and the crew at Clear View Exteriors were exceptional to work with. We had to replace a section of roof on our 3 year old house from a poor installation from original installers. They were very honest after the inspection and gave us options instead of just trying to sell us a whole new roof. They will definitely get all my future roof business!
