I was promised a odor removal service and that didn’t happen. I would have gone with someone else if I could go back. I’m so disappointed because I wasted a lot of money. We said we were satisfied after the first day or two because it still smelled like the chlorine dioxide bomb that he did in there. We couldn’t smell the odor at first but after not very long I could smell the odor strong. The owner came back a second time to “fix” my complaints but was still not successful.
