Dr. Grewal and his staff are amazing. For the first time, I felt that I wasn't just a number and that the physician wasn't looking at his watch. Dr. Grewal listened, really listened, to what I had to say and offered concrete answers to my questions. It is refreshing to finally be heard.

Constant last second (same day) cancellations and rescheduling by provider. Phantom appointments - provider calls and says "you have an appointment tomorrow", we go in and there is no appointment. Unilaterally reschedules with no notice. Yet another no-call-no-show by staff and doctos today 8/18/26

First Appointments are usually a little stressful, you have an agenda and a list of concerns and normally a very limited time with the Doctor. Clear Thought is totally different, after being checked in and checked over I had a one on one with Dr. Jai Grewal with a frank question and answer period, no rush just a gentle discussion and a clear path to investigate my concerns. I am so thankful Dr. G. Koppuzha made this recommendation.
