I had tried for 4 days to get paperwork to fill out as a new patient from this DR's office. I called the office on April 8th. First I got a voice mail that wanted me to tell them what insurance I had, DOB etc. They sent the paperwork on a PDF that I couldn't open. So,I called again on April 9th, asking if I could just come in & pick up the paperwork. She said sure Great, I drove there & the door was locked ! After our last neurologist retired, we were extremely apprehensive about securing a new neurologist we were comfortable with. This was our first visit here, though referral. Very professional, extremely courteous. Dr Grewal actually LISTENED to us. He took the time to go through test results we brought with us, medications list, etc. This was a very positive experience.
Dr Grewal and his entire staff were courteous and attentive to our needs and concerns.
Doctor explained everything thoroughly
The office were effective and helped us with the paperwork. Dr. Grehwal reviewed my wife’s recent test.
