The heck. First off?? When it comes to snow they did a TERRIBLE JOB. We have seniors here. They SHOVELED yes SHOVEled a 2 ft wide path for ppl to go through. On a 20ft wide and 190ft long FIRE DEPARTMENT PATH. Meaning that IT NEEDS TO BE DONE FULLY!!!. I had to go out there MYSELF and plow it cuz the snow was PAST UR KNEES!! HOW is an elderly person of 70 with a walked supposed to get through that. There was NO salt laid out do ppl were slipping and falling they SHOWED UP VERY LATE to a PRIORITY property. NOT RELIABLE AT ALL! During the winter they barely showed up! Our Super did most of the snow clearing for elder to walk! Our site is considered a priority due to all the seniors. When they did show up? The clear a 1ft wide ( the side of the snow blower ) walk way. ITS A FIRE LANE! THE WHOLE THING NEEDS CLEARED! That's in their contract thay signed.
