NOT RELIABLE AT ALL! During the winter they barely showed up! Our Super did most of the snow clearing for elder to walk! Our site is considered a priority due to all the seniors. When they did show up? The clear a 1ft wide ( the side of the snow blower ) walk way. ITS A FIRE LANE! THE WHOLE THING NEEDS CLEARED! That's in their contract thay signed.
