Sorry for the one star, wouldn’t let me review with less. Been here five times the second time was so that they could redo the poor job they did the first time. Tried them again a year later. They knocked off a couple parts while detailing it. Went back to inquire about parts and was told to come back near closing time to see if they found the parts. Nothing! Sorry can’t help you. The 2 times that I bought my truck in the bill was well over $100.00.
Had been a regular customer for 3 years with 4 vehicles. Took my sons car in yesterday and when I went to area for them to towel dry it the kid came to my window and asked me to step outside and look at the metal trim that was ripped from the window and bent back and into the air! A few weeks ago , I purchased a 2006 Cadillac DTS I noticed an over spray on the windshield that probably occurred when the car front bumper was painted before I picked up the car. I came in and purchased a clay bar decontamination and a wax and scheduled it for the next day . When I dropped off the car, I was concerned that the detailer would not know that my main concern was the windshield. I will never be back 3 ring circus Said 1.5 hours I asked 15 minutes late Yeah yeah it's coming Then 20 minutes later I ask again They say 2 minutes I ask again 9 minutes later Really we're bringing it around this time Then when I am attempting to drive out they want me to wait in a line to leave instead of pull me through an empty vacuum spot You should try Under promise over deliver

Don't know what happened to the management, but brought our truck in for the second time (first time it was filthy and they cleaned it- assuming it was a different manager at the time) and they said they wouldn't clean it because it was too dirty. So I need to bring in a clean car to get it cleaned? Lazy. Would have paid extra since it was dirty, but didn't even have that option.
