They really CARE. We have been to a few different vets and these guys are the best. We hade a growth removed from our old dogs foot and that operation gave us a few more months with our boy. When it came time to send him over the rainbow bridge the vet did it so gently our boy didn't even know it. Will be taking our new pup to them when we get one.
We took our adopted stray Mr. Orange Kitty here for a check up recently. Our experience there was wonderful!! Every staff member treated our cat and us very kind and caring. We were not over charged or pressured to get any unnecessary testing done. Very happy overall with this visit helped us and Mr. Orange Kitty feels better.
We had to put our dear Max to sleep. Dr. Bessell was the best. He took his time and explained everything and all our options. Putting down your best friend is tough no matter what but Dr Bessell made the process as good as could be. He will be the only vet we will use!
Went in for a minor ear infection, the Vet made it very clear to come if having problems for a follow up without a office charge. Now my healthy labrador cannot hear. I call to try to get a follow up and now they want to charge me less than a week later for another visit. I've been using Dr. Bessels office for a number of years and expect better service. I WILL not go back and DO NOT recommend anyone to use this facility. Hurt my dog and poor customer service.
Dr. Bessel is the greatest. Very compassionate caring vet .
