HORRIFIC HORRIFFIC ! We bought a spa Dec. 24th, 2011 for my Christmas Present. When we got it home it DID NOT WORK/TURN ON ! The company was closed for Christmas and the following Monday. We called an electrician that came out Monday and advised that some of the fuses were defective and would need replaced. I was originally told by the owner that sold us the tub, I had a 30 day return policy. Upon talking with the owner Tuesday morning I was told I could NOT have my money back.
