SO-, we have a water system on our house for the past 23 yrs from Clear Solutions. Today-the two men arrived HIGH ON MARIJUANA to do our yearly system check. I smelled it as soon as they walked thru our door. I asked them if they smoked pot before coming to our house.."yeah, why?" was the one guys answer!
