Good Player in Solar
I'll make this short, they don't know what they are talking about, the sales guys can't do basic math, they lie, and after all is said and done, the best they could quote me IF I PAID CASH AND DIDN'T EVEN FINANCE was 41 thousand dollars for a 10kw system. When I brought up the fact that this had a 21 year return on investment, and that this was flat out stupid, I never heard from them again. There are much better options out there (including not paying for solar when it has that long of an ROI).
Our system was paid for and turned on Oct. 28, 2017 and 1/3 of it hasn't worked since Nov. 3rd of 2017 it has been over 1 year and I can't get them to come out and fix our system. We have lost an estimate of 1/3 of our production for 1 year now and they won't stand by their installation. They just keep telling me they will be out. How long should I have to wait for service. I've contacted an attorney.
I signed the contract to have my 18 panel solar system installed on my house 27 May 2016. Due to issues with the installer my panels did not get installed until October of the same year. Skip forward to 27 July 2018, due to damage from storms I now need to have my panels removed so that I can have my roof replaced.
